“Yes, ma’am.” He was older, face lined and weathered, hair now getting a little salt and peppery– the dirty blonde had faded to a darker brown over the years– but he still had the same roguish, boyish smirk. “Just came to see if you were alright, after what happened with the First Gentleman earlier.”
She sighed. “No. I’m fine, Agent Kennedy. Walk with me?” It wasn’t the first time her husband had cheated on her, nor would it be the last.

To be honest, rookie officer Graham's new career at the Raccoon City Police Department wasn’t looking like she was expecting it to. She had expected… Well, not like she was really expecting to just turn up and start chasing some crazed scientists and their corrupt superiors or some international crime syndicates or even some rabid virus-infected dogs right away.
But whatever her expectations had been, they sure as heck had been anything but the reality she was faced with; Sitting in a lobby with nothing but time and a cacophony of echoes bouncing from wall to wall every time anyone entered the space. For being praised as the leading institution in combat and preventative measures against bio organic weaponry and warfare, Raccoon City and especially its police department sure seemed awfully dormant.
