Summary
The maroon tank top leaves his sweat-sheened shoulders and biceps on show, the muscles stretching and flexing. His shorts don’t leave much to the imagination, coming up to mid-thigh displaying the strength of his quadriceps. Since it’s his day off, his hair is curling at its full capacity, voluminous and bouncing with his springy stance. TK is counting down the seconds until he can card his fingers through it.
The 'thwack' sound of Carlos’ foot hitting the punch bag snaps him out of his haze.

Summary
Carlos and TK haven't really seen each other as much as they wanted to for the past week and a half. As Friday finally arrives Carlos has planned it all out, but an unexpected call drags him back to his duties as officer.
Saturday morning arrives and Carlos decides he's had enough. He wakes up hungry. The only thing, or more precise person, that can satisfy his hunger being his boyfriend.

Summary
Carlos has been on a mission so far, and today was exactly the 21st day being far away from his boyfriend. He missed him so much and he couldn't do anything but hugging Carlos's t-shirts and holding them close to his chest, smelling them and crying till he would fall asleep, cuddling Carlos's pillow and feeling cold without his strong arms around him; then waking up, barely having breakfast, then if Carlos could make a break time, they would text or talk on the phone for at most 5 minutes, and it wasn't enough for TK.

Summary
Despite everything, despite the heartbreak and the silence and the anger, there’s always going to be a part of Carlos that’s tied to him. A part of his heart is TK’s and he’ll never get it back. He doesn’t want it back, if he’s being honest. Carlos gave it to him that night under the aurora borealis and even if TK doesn’t want it anymore, it’s still his to keep.
And that tie Carlos has to him is always going to overpower everything. If TK’s hurting and needs Carlos, he’ll be there. That never changed.
Or, AU in which the ice storm never happened and TK isn’t back together with Carlos when the news of Gwyn’s death hits.
