    Atsushi, as Ranpo quickly found out some time ago, was an age regressor. That wasn’t his issue; the issue he had with this situation was that Atsushi’s eyes were getting just a bit too wide, his gaze just a bit distant, and now Ranpo had no way out of this.

     
    Not like he had a problem with a little Atsushi. He talked to him once or twice while he was regressed, and he was a sweet enough kid. But on his own? With no way to navigate getting back? The situation they were in was getting a little more unsavoury.

    A miscalculation when it comes to directions leaves Ranpo and a tiny Atsushi stranded after a case without a way to return to the Agency.
