Summary
Let me be clear of one thing first that this is not a Harem fanfic. The attention Severus gains from ladies during his adventure is basically the result of butterfly effect. The premise is same as many fanfics you guys might have read in which Severus dies in Shrieking Shack and goes back to his younger body, but the story is my own. I have tried to do justice with each character's personality as much as I can but I have also taken several creative liberties whenever canon is ambiguous about something or someone. The tone of the story will switch in between humourous, serious and some times dark themes to reflect the realities of magical world during war times. My Severus is not the guy who goes into the past and starts taking blame of everything that is wrong with the wizarding world. He will be the guy who will take control of his life and use his ability to the fullest in order to win the war and save the people he cares about. But as we all know no good deed ever go unpunished in any world. So Severus will have to bear some real consequences which will manifest itself throughout the story. Some of them will be good but some will be heartbreaking.

He does, getting zapped/stunned for his actions but he realises how light and thin Severus is, despite his apppearance with his layers of flowing robes. harry becomes invested in severus' wellbeing and severus finds he cant shake him off. im thinking, plates of food turning up, harry learning his habits when marking or making potions and makes sure he drinks and eats. eventually becomes bold enough to make sure he has time to rest and help him in person.

Shocked and horrified, Severus is left with no choice but to move forward as best he can. After all, there's no use crying over spilled potions. . .
This fic is set just after the Weasley siblings rescue Harry from the barred window/canned soup/cat flap situation in Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets.
