Ben’s breath is warm on the shell of Cody’s ear as he asks, “Would you like to go somewhere quieter?”
Cody turns his head and catches Ben’s lips between his in a kiss. Ben’s hand comes up on the back of Cody’s head and pulls him in closer, and Cody pulls Ben’s lip between his teeth and bites down. Ben’s hand slides down to curl around the back of his neck and squeezes gently, less of a means of control and more of a way of showing his continued interest in the developing situation.
Cody pulls back, breaking the kiss, then leans forward again, dropping kisses along Ben’s cheekbone and into his sideburns so he can get close enough to Ben’s ear to whisper, “Yes.”
In the early days of the war, Commander Cody and his General Qui-Gon Jinn are assigned to a bodyguard mission for Duchess Satine Kryze after a string of assassination attempts have followed her from Mandalore to Coruscant.
Cody hits it off with the captain of the Duchess’ royal guard, Ben, during work hours, but it’s not until they run into each other at 79’s after hours and off the clock that they get to know each other a little more intimately.Series

Ilya Rozanov has been drafted by Boston, the number one pick overall, but his father doesn't want him moving to America and so takes steps to block his visa. He's going to have to go back to Russia and stay there forever and that, thinks Shane Hollander, is wrong.
It's so wrong that Shane can't stop himself from doing something about it. Even though that something is the most reckless, the only reckless thing he's ever done in his life. He marries Rozanov in secret, to keep him out of Russia and put him on a path to Canadian citizenship.
Shane's got a five-year plan to get him there and when you have a plan nothing can go wrong. Right? Right. When you have a solid plan and a marriage that's on paper only there's no risk of feelings getting involved. Not on Rozanov's part and certainly not on Shane's.
