Summary
The Kamado family existed 750 years ago. There was no Tomioka Giyuu back then, no demon slayer passing through. Kamado Tanjirou is turned into a demon, blood burning beneath his skin and disgust crawling along his body. Kibutsuji Muzan recruits both him and Nezuko, their minds still confused from the transformation. They stick together, their bond strong and unbreakable in face of danger. They rise quickly through the ranks, Muzan fascinated by the two siblings power.
At the time of Ubuyashiki Kagaya’s reign, they have been Upper Moons One and Two for 600 years.

(Or: An AU where Kamado Tanjirou is a time traveler, and must stop the death of humanity before it ever happens again. He does not exist because if he did things would get a lot messier.)
