Summary
When Xaden Riorson (unintentionally) halts an important deal his family company is trying to close thanks to the emotionless asshole mask he's developed over the years, his dad decides to punish him ... by making him work a customer service job for a minimum of six months.
Since he can't find the bakery for his favorite chocolate cake, there was only one other place in Aretia Xaden even considered: Twin Summons Coffee, figuring the cake would at least make up for having to deal with the hell that is customer service.
But every job has its perks - even if they're unexpected ...
****
Working at a coffee shop was not something I had expected to do in my life - especially not at 24-years-old, post-master's degree. I expected to be learning the ropes at Riorson Enterprises, in order to eventually take over the family business from my father.
But no. I'm here at Twin Summons Coffee, for a bare minimum six months, all because of one fucking Catriona Cordella.

Summary
Violet Sorrengail is a history professor with a badass lecture voice, a weakness for vintage propaganda posters, and a talent for making students laugh (and occasionally cry). So when nearly her entire Monday morning class abandons her for a new course in “Revolution & Rebellion in the Western Canon,” she wants answers. What she doesn’t expect is Professor Riorson: sharp-tongued, infuriatingly calm, and alarmingly hot.
It’s just a few classroom debates, a little intellectual sparring. No big deal.
Until the debates start sounding suspiciously like foreplay.Or: The one where Xaden thinks Violet is a student and tries to keep his distance - kinda

Summary
Sgaeyl is one of the strongest dragons in the Empyrean, mated to one of the most feared dragons on the continent. But even she cannot control her rider, Xaden Riorson, when it comes to his enemy, Violet Sorrengail. As Xaden struggles to understand his feelings toward the daughter of the woman who executed his father, Sgaeyl watches events unfold through the bond she shares with the hardened wingleader. Desperate to protect both his life and the lives of the dragons she loves, Sgaeyl must decide whether Violet deserves Xaden's protection, or whether she should simply solve the problem for them all.
This is a retelling of Fourth Wing from Sgaeyl's POV, as she interprets Xaden's point of view through their bond. It contains countless FW/ IF spoilers.
All FW and IF storylines were created by the wonderful Rebecca Yarros, and this is simply my attempt to remain in the world she so adeptly imagined and described.
