Summary
The catalyst of Katsuki’s untimely demise is, surprisingly, a free box of doughnuts.
Shouto doesn’t even like doughnuts, for the record.
But now—
Well. The interviewer is asking the fifth or sixth inappropriate question of the evening, something about how big and does it fit? and Shouto nods thoughtfully to the second part before he reaches for the aforementioned box of doughnuts, meticulously takes a few of them out, stacks them on top of one another until his little doughnut tower is impressively high, and then turns to Katsuki to ask, in full seriousness, “You’re about this big, aren’t you?”
Katsuki bites the inside of his cheek so he doesn’t burst out laughing. “Eh,” he says. “You could add a couple.”
Or: The one where Bakugou takes loving Shouto very seriously, despite any and all potential public embarrassment.
