Summary
Enid, a pediatric nurse, takes a lucrative contract to work at an acclaimed Vermont hospital in a desperate bid to put some distance between herself and her family.
The upsides? Paid housing, an hourly rate through the roof, and an opportunity to work with some of the most talented physicians in the country.
The downsides? Dr. Addams, renowned trauma surgeon, is notorious for running off any nurse from her unit she deems unworthy, and Enid has never worked the trauma bay a day in her life.
