Summary
He sees all of the very good reasons not to steal Scully’s car and drive to North Carolina that morning—he understands them perfectly and could articulate them if someone asked—but they’re so far away from him that he can’t touch them, much less feel them. He’s looking at them from miles above, like he never came back from orbit at all.

Summary
This is a variation on the bed conversation from “Plus One,” set post-"Rush" (with some references to the flashback sequence from "Per Manum"). Scully expresses some anxieties, and Mulder reassures her.

“This is so much harder than I thought it would be.” Rooms full of her mother’s things, seventy-eight years of accumulated memories. She has a box for Bill and a box for Charlie if he wants it and a box for herself, and an entire house of things left behind.

Summary
There are days when she suspects that the journey is killing them both, and on days like today, she thinks it’s going to kill him first.

Summary
So I always wondered about who intitiated what in the relationship. I always figured it had to be Scully. This is revival season (my first attempt at writing revival MSR so please be kind) and a conversation in bed about why Scully is always the one that initiates their union and reunions. Comments and kudos are always welcomed!

Summary
Scully wears her acceptance of his slapdash journey through life, and her place beside him, with a grace far beyond what he deserves. Mulder isn’t entirely sure he knows what real love is, but she is the only answer he will ever accept.

Summary
She makes the impulsive decision to stop into the little hole-in-the-wall bar a few blocks from her apartment. She has the idea she might sit by herself, alone with her thoughts, and have two fingers of bourbon, neat. Her father's drink.
Scully's grief. Mulder's duty to his new partner. Impulsive, life-changing season 1 decisions.

Summary
Maybe serious relationships are the ones where your very souls are stitched together, where you lose the ability to discern where one of you ends and the other begins. Maybe “not serious” means sleeping in late and going to the farmer’s market, then making love after lunch and reading together on the couch until dinner. Maybe “not serious” is everything she always wanted but could never pin down. Not with him, anyway.

Summary
Ever wonder what happened between the silence of Never Again and the flowers from Memento Mori? Ever wonder if Scully's night with Ed Jerse affected her relationship with Mulder in any way? Ever wonder what pushed Scully to go to the hospital and find out about her cancer in the first place? Ever wonder how her illness might have affected her work or if she ever thought about Leonard Betts' words?
Well, we did...
