Summary
‘’What does it say?’’ Theo asks in a small voice finally moving his tiny fingers over the tattoo like he’s reading it word by word, letter by letter.
Eddie softens. ‘’It’s in Spanish. It says ‘Fortalecer la mente y suprar el cuerpo’.’’
Theo turns his head around to look at Eddie, eyes huge like saucers and gasps.
‘’Wow,’’ he whispers then turns to the tattoo again and traces it with his finger. ‘’What does it mean?’’

Or: Eddie broke his wrist so he’s on Theo duty. Theo sees his tattoo. Theo wants a tattoo. Theo gets a tattoo. In that order 😊Series

The cat's description reads:
"Meet Perdita, not for the faint of heart. LIKES: staring into your soul all day, the song Cat’s in the Cradle, the movie Pet Sematary (Church is her hero), jump scares (her specialty), lurking in dark corners, being queen of ALL territories, outranking her subjects, fooling shelter staff into thinking she’s sick (vet agrees… she’s just a diva) DISLIKES: the color yellow, rainbows, kittens (yuck they are so chipper), dogs, vacuums, Christmas, and last but NOT least... dogs.”
“I… can also appreciate Pet Sematary?” Buck contributes valiantly. He’s scared of Perdita. Perdita knows things. She’s seen things. She’s also, through a phone screen, managed to remind Buck of every single person in this room excluding himself with looks and posture alone. He supposes that’s talent. “Geez, she looks like sunshine incarnate, Eddie. You really know how to pick 'em. Well done, five stars.”
or: Buck adopts a cat. She might be the thing he never knew he always needed.

Summary
Eddie thought it was all over. At least, he was almost 100% confident the Lord had heard his prayer, and Athena would be okay. Only, as the lights get too bright, Eddie begins to wonder if maybe the Lord took the prayer even more seriously than he had intended.
Because suddenly, the elevator walls were replaced with a crumbling well, and Eddie was once again fighting his way back to the surface and maybe fixing some things for his family along the way.

Summary
“Buck,” she laughs, “here.” She takes Buck’s hands and brings them up to rest on Eddie’s thighs. “Better?”
Buck’s hands flex before settling, gripping Eddie’s thighs lightly. She doesn’t open her eyes once, but there's a small furrow in between her brows, like she’s deciding whether or not this was something that was okay for her to do. Eddie is glad for once, to not have her best friend's eyes on her, because she can feel her face heating up as Buck slowly explores her thighs.
Despite wearing jeans, Eddie can feel Buck’s touch as if it were on her bones. Her fingers dance up and down, rubbing gentle circles on her thighs before climbing up towards her hips, wrapping around them and squeezing lightly.
“Better,” Buck breathes out, words shaky.
