Almost died? They muse over this. No. Kris Dreemur isn't allowed to die. If Susie hadn't caught them, something else would've, and that something else would've beaten them within an inch of their life, but they wouldn't die. Susie shakes them a little, and that prompts them to realize there was no dialogue option. They'd have to make something up themself.

Summary
Kris and Susie are best friends. In the span of a single day, the two had become inseparable. Kris had saved Susie's life, and Susie had saved Kris's. And yet, there always seemed to be some sort of barrier, stopping the two from really connecting... But now, Kris has been freed from their strings. Their life is back in their hands, and connecting with Susie is at the top of their to-do list. Luckily for them, connecting with Kris is at the top of Susie's as well.
A story about Kris and Susie growing up, and slowly beginning to understand just how important they are to each other.
