The bleeding and the pounding might’ve been because he’d never used his powers on a dozen people in that short amount of time, and he only knew it had been ten hours because of the watch he’d stolen from the gas station where he’d made his escape. After all, that had been the only thing he could get his hands on to hide the number 010 on his wrist. On the bright side, they’d given him normal clothes before putting him in the car, so he didn’t need to worry about looking like he’d escaped from a hospital.
