Summary
"Due to the Ministry's new Anti-House-Rivalry law that was passed over the summer break, this year your grades will depend on joint assignments. Pairs will be formed alphabetically between houses according to the classes you take together..." Professor McGonagall announced at the podium.
"...and Draco Malfoy, you will be paired with Harry Potter in Potions, Transfiguration, Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, Astronomy, History of Magic and Care of Magical Creatures." She said later while assigning the pairings. The Great Hall filled with whispers as she looked apologetically at the dark-haired boy.
"You've got to be shitting me." Draco said, glaring at Harry across the tables.
"I'm screwed this year, aren't I?" Harry whispered to his friends.
This is going to be an interesting year.
