Anakin and Obi-Wan are sent on an undercover operation as an alpha and omega bonded pair in the middle of the Clone Wars. Someone on Cantonica is funneling credits to the Separatists, and it's going to take infiltrating a top secret alpha-supremacist group of Core elites to find out who's upping the financial ante of the entire war.
This act of espionage is going to require some class A play at antiquated alpha and omega dynamics, only problem is Anakin has never submitted in his life and it's certainly not within his nature,or so Obi-Wan thinks.

Not-Carlo’s expression morphs ever so slightly from that passive gaze to something a tad more… remorseful. “I know who you are. I know who Carlo is, what he means to you.” Not-Carlo bites at his bottom lip, still refusing to meet Romeo’s gaze. “But I’m not him.” Then, almost as an afterthought: “I’m sorry.”
The storm ends, and the world persists. Romeo, brought to Hotel Krat and fixed up, vows not to rest until Carlo remembers him once again.
Unfortunately, things are rarely as cut and dried as he would like them to be.

Was Flambae even in the room when they talked about this? Or is he about to be mortified into the next week by a classic Flambae dressing-down at the mere possibility of him dating someone like Robert?
But then the heat in his face is joined by another, external source of warmth when a firm arm slips around his waist, and he’s gently tugged to Flambae’s side. “Yeah,” Flambae says, without hesitation. “Is that a problem?”

Although Anakin's crash out of the century has saved the Republic, it has also landed him on indefinite house arrest under Obi-Wan's watchful eyes. Given Anakin's propensity to resist any sort of authority, it shouldn't be surprising that this arrangement is a source of new trouble.
But unlike last time, Anakin has everything under control (he doesn't have anything under control).
Anakin's very happy to be a beta, so he would appreciate if it his body stopped trying to get Obi-Wan (his former Master, current warden, and beta) to knot him by pretending to be an omega. His body disagrees.

Summary
In which Palpatine has a vision, Dooku Falls just a little bit earlier... and the world changes because of it.
Little Anakin Skywalker is only nine years old when a man with yellow eyes kills his master and takes Anakin and his mother away from Tatooine. Not to free them, but to enslave them under a new, crueler master.

After putting Shroud back behind bars, Robert returns to his new post coma normal: pretending nothing is wrong, orbiting the Z-Team, pretending the group of unruly Alpha's aren't his pack. Pushing himself past his already stretched thin limits.Robert's body demands a break.
