Summary

Summary
“Don’t you explore the other on campus cafes?” Zuko can’t help but ask one day as Sokka approaches, which seems to catch Sokka off guard. “There’s one by that physics building.”
“Now why would I check those out?” Sokka asks with wide eyes, before his lips form that coy smile. “Why would I bother when I know I can see you at this one?” Zuko holds back a groan.
“What do you want.” He asks, more of a statement than a question, which makes Sokka clutch his chest dramatically.
Or: Zuko works at an on-campus cafe and Sokka is an Engineering student who's made it his mission to come to this exact location almost every single day. Why? Zuko doesn't know. All he knows is that Sokka is sometimes a pain in his ass. And he's kind of.. nice too.

Summary
The order meeting had gone well, and James Potter ran over the details in his head as he cleared cups of half-drunk tea from his dining table. He had gathered a tidy stack of cups to deliver to the kitchen when an enormous crack sounded throughout the room, as if an entire army had apparated into his house.
Startled, he set down the teacups, and began to urgently move towards the entrance hall, where his wife was seeing off their guests. He had to make sure that Lily was ok, and if Dumbledore or Moody were still hanging around they might be able to offer an explanation for the sound. If it was some kind of mass-apparation, they could very well be under attack.
He had just reached the doorway when a dark shape materialized from above, and then James was on the floor, staring at a familiar looking, dark-haired boy who had fallen squarely on-top of him.

"Over time, he and Lance got closer. Lance used the words “best friend” often when referring to Keith. So often that Keith, for the first time in his life, got used to hearing those words. He got used to not being the loner for once. It was a feeling that’s hard to forget once it’s gone."
OR; The paladins are home on Earth but being a few months back Keith is realizing the reason he seemingly preferred space.
This is one of my fix-it-fic ideas, as well as an AU I created in which the Galra never found Earth.
