“Why are you hard?”
Yuuji sputters. “You kept staring—”
“Oh, so you’re hard because your brother was staring at you? You’re fucking gross, you know that?” Sukuna spits the words out. Literally spits on Yuuji’s cheek, stares at how it sits on his face. It’s warm. The way Sukuna is looking at Yuuji like he’s a piece of meat could make him come in his pants right here.
Sukuna takes a step forward, then another. Until Yuuji’s back hits the door and there’s nowhere left to go. A lock clicks. He ducks his head and stops. Doesn’t move, just watches, close enough that Yuuji can feel his breath, the spit starting to slide down his cheek.
Then he licks it clean, drags his tongue in a slow stripe up Yuuji's cheek, and leans into his ear. "This is why I told you to keep your distance.”
Yuuji does whatever his brother asks of him. Even if it’s a little contradictory.

Summary
Toji ignores her, hands leaving her shirt and gliding back down her torso until they reach her legs, fingers inching under the hem of her skirt to grasp soft skin. He traces the outside of her thighs until he can hook his arms under them, lifting her up, pressing her flush against his chest. Tsumiki yelps, hands scrambling in a futile attempt to cover herself.
His breath ghosts against her ear. “What’s the matter, baby? You’re never this nervous when it’s just us two.”
She tenses against him, breath hitching. “Dad—”
“Little brother wants to see, okay?” Toji presses a kiss to the side of her neck, licking a wet stripe up to the shell of her ear. Megumi is staring back at him, lips a thin line, eyebrows furrowed. Interesting. He didn’t anticipate him being so jealous.
He supposes it’s to be expected when Megumi follows her around like the lost dog he is.
“He’s been a really good boy, waiting for you to get home. Don’t you think he deserves a treat, too?”
Megumi has always had a fixation on his older sister. Toji offers a helping hand.

“Quit— Stop it—”
“Oh, be quiet,” he snaps, tossing her underwear to the floor as he tightens his grip on her hips. She turns, staring at the wet spot in the middle of the cotton, as he pushes her down further onto his stomach. “You’re acting as if you don’t like this.”
Yuuji huffs, tears falling from her eyes. They spill down her face until they land on his skin, fists hitting Sukuna’s hands in a futile attempt to free herself. “I don’t—”
“Is that so?” He pins her fists behind her back, fingers digging into her wrists as she struggles. “You’re not getting up.”
“You’re not letting—”
The tongue on his stomach reaches out between the buttons of his shirt, licking a broad stripe through her cunt, collecting the slick she keeps pretending hasn’t been pooling between her legs.
“Then why are you dripping wet?”
Sukuna’s favorite meal is his niece Yuuji.

By now, Tsumiki has learned to stay quiet about it.
Not physically—she can’t do that. She can’t really stop the noises climbing up her throat. The quiet little whimpers she forces herself to swallow. But she can bite her tongue. She can not tell Megumi to stop, to get off, to go away. Keep it all to herself. Because this is what older sisters are for, isn't it? To provide comfort. To offer the warmth their little brothers can’t find anywhere else.
And if the only way Megumi can find love and care is by slipping into her bed in the middle of the night, after Gojou’s fallen asleep, after he thinks Tsumiki is asleep too, then so be it.
Tsumiki loves her little brother. He loves her in ways that can only live in the dark.

Summary
Yuuji contracts his fingers to a point and shoves. The lips part around him with a wet, sucking squelch, heat clamping tight around his wrist. His fingers meet thick tongue, the mouth snarling around him, teeth baring like it’s mimicking the look on Sukuna’s face.
Yuuji digs his nails into the muscle beneath them. Sukuna’s reaction rips out of him almost immediately, violent and ugly. His head snaps to the side, jaw clenching hard enough that Yuuji sees the muscle jump. Sukuna bites down on his own lip like he’s trying to trap the sound before it escapes, but a raw whimper tears free anyway.
Oh. That wasn’t the reaction Sukuna meant to give.
Sukuna loves toying with his vessel. Yuuji gets the upper hand for once.

"Aren't you going to ask me?" his father wonders, arms unfolding as he takes a few steps closer, cornering Megumi against the sink. "Aren't you going to ask me how long it's been going on? Come on, Megumi, you're never this quiet with me."
"Shut up," Megumi snaps, turning around to face his father fully. "I don't believe you." Except he does. He really, really does.
For suddenly it all makes sense. The way Tsumiki tends to be more tired when their dad is at home. How he makes her go with her on every little errand he has, how he always finds the time to take her to hospitals and dentists and other appointments that Megumi can barely remember having been to himself in years.

Yuuji takes a step forward, an arm rising. Satoru palms the hilt of his knife.
Yuuji flinches back. “Satoru, I’d never hurt you.”
“I do want to believe you.” It comes out as something of a confession, too quiet for comfort, but the hopeful eyes Yuuji turns on him kill any regret before Satoru can feel it. “You’re a good man, Yuuji. But you’ve got a secret basement with a naked man tied up inside, and something tells me he’s not here willingly.” Satoru cocks his head. “Is he?”
“…Not exactly.”
“So you’ve kidnapped a man.”
“No!” Yuuji says immediately. “I wouldn’t—that’s my brother.”
“Your brother,” Satoru echoes, not particularly surprised. The pink hair was a bit of a clue. “Alright, you’re keeping your brother tied to a bed in your secret basement. Naked.”
When Satoru stumbles upon a hidden basement in his boyfriend’s house, he finds a captive man bearing a striking resemblance to said boyfriend.
Or: In every world, Yuuji is Sukuna’s cage and keeper both.
