Summary
When you can do anything, life eventually loses its appeal.
His audience was lovely, really and truly— but none of them were fit to see what was past the curtains. None of them wanted to, anyways, and he had just enough standards to restrain from yanking a member of the audience up onto the stage to bask in the spotlight, right there by his side.
The first person to willingly waltz onto his stage was the magician.
OR: Seam and Jevil defy fate for each other time and time again, even if it means their mutual unraveling. Some things are worth a few more stitches.

Summary
It had to have been the alcohol. There was no other explanation for why their lips part, and the dreaded combination of words that had been echoing aimlessly in their mind all night spilled forth without any warning.
“I think I love you.”
— A short, experimental piece focusing on that one Pippins and whatever tf they had with Ramb.

Summary
"If you're here to terrorize my city, Captain Buggy," Iceburg finally said, reaching up to adjust his tie as the Mayor straightened into something more formal, "I'll unfortunately have to have you arrested."
Buggy nervously batted his lashes at him, painted grin stretched taut. "And if I'm here to see the pretty carnival and maybe steal some cannoli?..."
Iceburg stepped even closer. Close enough that Buggy could smell his cologne and catch the tiny, faded scar on his wrist — a rope burn, from the time they'd raced each other to the top of the dockyard crane.
"How about, you don't steal anything," Iceburg mused quietly, "and in return, I extend an invitation for a drink?"
A semi-official, self-indulgent prequel story set in the same universe as Here's A Health To Our Company. Can be read as a standalone.

Summary
Wyper steps forward, face flushed and awestruck, and blurts out, “I felt- I knew it was you, I knew.” Then, not giving Cricket enough time to recover, realizing the strange familiarity he felt for the other man was not one sided after all, he continues, “I’ve been waiting for you.” One of his hands clutches Cricket’s arm, fingers digging in to find purchase, to keep.
Cricket barely begins to stagger into the angel’s space, to reach back, that spot where skin meets skin burning and branding him in the best way, the tension in the room cresting to an unbearable high-

Summary
“I don’t… right?” Sanji looked pale and almost small, the opposite of how he’d seemed before while pummeling the shit out of Luffy.
The energy in the room shifted slightly towards something Usopp couldn’t really name. From an outside perspective, this was a perfectly normal conversation between two roommates just getting to know each other. It shouldn’t have felt as tense and foreboding as it did now.
“You don’t what?”
“I don’t cook - I’m not a chef, right?”
___
Or, Usopp moves into a seemingly normal living arrangement. It's only once the illusion starts to crumble that he begins to question his supposed reality.

Summary
Sir Crocodile visits the royal palace in Alubarna and smokes a cigar in the balcony with King Cobra's company.
-
“Why did you come to Alabasta, Sir Crocodile?”
The question was asked without preamble. There was no fanfare or build up about it. Cobra was very direct with it and… well, much to his dismay, it took Crocodile back a bit. He knew he came off as a dangerous man, he wanted to. So, really, it shouldn’t be a shock the ruler of this country would question his motives, but it did make him realize something. Somewhere along the way, he’d assumed… he was more clever than Nefertari Cobra. He felt like a fool, a stupid, young fool.
