His “bathing suit” was clearly not meant for swimming, so he shook the water off and lifted one of his sleeves up ever so slightly just to get the water out of it.
Oh boy, how he shouldn't have.
Because he forgot about the slashes across his wrist, how they were slightly turning red, even though he just got out of the water.
The water impact must've ruined the healing process.
But, that wasn't the part Izuku was focused on.
Well, partially.
What he was focused on-- was the pair of black eyes staring right at his wrists. Aizawa.

As much as Izuku wanted to see the view while falling, maybe falling facing forward would be fine. The illusion of choice plays real good here.
There was no need to take any more steps. All he had to do was lean slightly backwards and then let the wind take over the rest.
And so, that's what he did, with a small smile on his face.
He'll finally be free.

Summary
Izuku hasn't always had the greatest life, nor a quirk. No wonder why he's like this, right? At least he has a friend. Only one. But it's better than nothing. He has no siblings, or parents. He's useless and doomed for death. Till he finds a few things to help him "live" (becoming a vigilante).
Or
Izuku is suicidal and thinks he has nothing to live for anymore. A few people change that. But are they lying? Or does Izuku think they're lying? Do they truly help him?
And it's a Dadzawa fic.
