Summary
Astarion stands at his tent, pretending to pick at his nails, the edge of his dagger gliding harmlessly under the hard nailbed to collect debris though he’s already cleaned them twice now. Any lingering dirt still remaining won’t come out no matter how hard he digs.
Filthy fingertips aside, he glances up quick and catches it again.
That wizard, Gale, staring at him from his own tent across the camp.
At being caught, the wizard startles slightly, eyes going wider as he turns in place and fumbles for something to grab. His clumsy hands land on one of the pointless metal contraptions he has gathered up outside his tent and Astarion watches as he picks it up and examines it a little too closely to be believable.

Jude saw MacCready as a kind of permanently pissed-off cat. Small, liable to climb to high places, full of rage. You know, that sort of thing. Definitely not the type of cat to come cuddling and purring. He was dangerous, Jude knew this. Quick wits, even quicker shot. Quick temper, to match. But sometimes, Jude would push too far, on purpose, tease a little too much, just to sit and watch as MacCready's ears turned red and he scrambled to retaliate, wondering - how much? How much more would the sniper tolerate? How much until he packed up and headed back to that lousy bar in Goodneighbor?
How much longer until he realizes?

Summary
Hancock hadn't expected that day to be any different from any other day in Goodneighbor, so imagine his surprise when none other than the Vault Dweller herself walked through the gate, a dog at her heels. He wondered if she would ever grace his streets. He'd read enough about her in Publick Occurrences and heard about her deeds over the radio to feel like he'd known her forever, but somehow, he never imagined actually meeting her.
He had no idea what to expect, honestly, except perhaps the usual suspects that came in from having fought through the dangerous Boston streets to get there, but even with her dirty and bloody appearance, she was beautiful. Maybe it was because he knew she had come from a Vault, from the pre-war times, but the only coherent thought in his mind as he watched her step through the gates was: women don’t look like that nowadays.
