“Seriously? Holy shit, this is like next level manipulation.” Satoru laughed, “I wasn't alone on this— you begged me to come inside of you every night! What did you think was going to happen?”
“And yet you still did! You can't just knock me up and leave. I didn't even do anything much— I was— I was hormonal when I did what I did okay?” Suguru practically trembled out, a part of him was afraid of what Satoru would say each time he spoke yet he thinks it's too late to stop now. He was selfish and he'll admit it.
“So, you were hormonal when you declared war on everyone?”
Suguru chewed on his bottom lip nervously, “Yeah.” He said in this small voice, hiccuping.
Or where,
suguru knew that declaring war amidst his pregnancy was a terrible damn decision but he thinks he won't let anything or anyone come in the middle of his plans and besides it's not like he failed or anything— he executed his plan perfectly.
so it doesn't really explain why he was here, crying his eyes out and calling the same man he declared war on.

They’d haven't gotten along, according to Suguru. Not in crowded classrooms, or the basketball court, or the football ground, or the library and the labs. Although, the only places their heated arguments went from ragebaiting and fighting each other into something else were the empty ones: Satoru's flat, classrooms after hours, locker rooms long after everyone else had left, or Suguru's dorm room, or quiet corners of their college. That was where Satoru would corner him, all wicked charm and flirty murmurs and drag him away from prying eyes, or push him down onto thin dorm sheets and fuck the fight out of him until Suguru was too wrecked to pretend he didn’t want it.

In hindsight, Suguru should have known that trying to hide his pregnancy from his own mate was a bit of a lost cause.
Finding out he was pregnant when he was already 15 weeks along after virtually no symptoms – perhaps some tiredness, but not the morning sickness he’d experienced with Mimiko and Nanako – meant he was due to start showing soon. That, combined with the inane cravings he was starting to get, was bound to catch Satoru’s attention at some point.
Or: Suguru finds out he’s pregnant and, not knowing what to do, decides to hide it from Satoru. It goes about as well as you might expect.
