Summary
Subspace’s tail barb visibly twitched in a janky, rather abrupt jerk, “I wasn’t finished now was I?” He snapped back, his tussle of unkempt off-white hair being flicked aside as his tail lashed upwards close enough to his face that Medkit felt his toes curl in sudden apprehension. The scientist did not reply, chewing the inside of his cheek.
A silence so tense it was palpable on the air settled between them. Subspace’s signature smirk— that shit-eating countenance that seemed to relish in every ‘work-place-accident’ like a sick masochist— had vanished in his sudden flare of no-longer-relinquished agitation. Medkit held his stare, the caudal appendage emerging from just below the small of his back bristling with misgiving distaste.

He knows theirs no way out of this.
He hopes he will be merciful.

A fanfiction i would call on the lighter side. The writing style reminds me sort of a drabble, but in a much more detailed, methodical way. It makes each chapter an easy, fulfilling read along with the pacing being wonderfully done!!
The plot points are so viscerally infuriating (in a good way) that it makes the reader themselves want to care for Sword, which i find a very nice detail from a phycological standpoint.
Overall a masterly written fanfiction, I can’t wait for more!! -

After Sword reached the Church of the True Eye's compound in Death in the Family he is quickly captured and knocked unconscious.
Realizing the threat the Sword posses and his influence over Medkit, The Father has him stripped of his memories and turns him into an obedient pawn to use as leverage over Medkit.
Too bad his family will phight tooth and nail to get their Sword back.

This fanfiction has me GRIPPING THE EDGES OF MY SEAT!! The writing is not only well-paced and wrote in an entertainingly perceptive way that leads anyone with prior information on the characters (particularly Sword’s) whereabouts in dismay at what has happened to the inphernal.
Safe to say I’ll be watching for more updates to this fic, and highly recommend it to anyone curious!!! -

He was always so determined to be Rocket's friend. It was pathetic, really. Rocket didn't need friends, especially since all they did was hurt him in the past.
Rocket was perfectly content living his live as it was, even if it was just him spending all his time in bed. He didn't need Sword to change that.
Until one day, in a small altercation, his sleeve rolled up too high.
Now Sword knew everything.

tragically beautiful. this author manages to capture the concepts of this fanfiction so well that it is truly a gut-wrenching read. while i am not one to often cry when reading a book, this one nearly brought tears to my eyes. depression can often be a topic many find hard to portray right, but i find that this person was able to portray a truly raw experience of what its like. nonetheless, a wonderful read, i highly recommend!
