Summary
Bokuto hip-checks the door shut, but not before Tetsurou catches the tail end of Daishou’s murmured threat to chuck Oikawa into the ocean.
“You guys really are going to be the death of me,” Tetsurou says wistfully.
He twists around in his seat, only to find Oikawa already staring at him, smirk soft, eyes even softer.
“Like you aren’t enjoying it,” Oikawa simpers. “You and Kou-chan get to witness the most entertaining reality TV show in history. For free. We should honestly start making you two pay for this shit. Like a monthly subscription or something.”
Tetsurou huffs out a weak laugh, but doesn’t turn away. He can’t, not when Oikawa’s still staring at him, still looking ridiculously good in this lighting with that stupid, affectionate smirk and those stupid, knowing eyes.
“You’re an idiot,” he says. “This is going to be the best fucking hashtag beach day ever.”
(or: on boyfriends, beach days, and being so stupidly in love)
