Summary
The Mayor is certainly a cheerful little fellow, isn't he? Always seems to have not a care in the world, with a childlike innocence that brightens up the dismal, vapid days spent living in these gogforsaken rocks. How he can spend so many hours completely engrossed by metal cans, of all things, is a mystery to everyone, but he's just so gosh darn cute that it doesn't really matter.
(The story of how the Wayward Vagabond picked up the ice pick, and made the pain go away.)
