Summary
It’s Brian's turn to make some decisions about his life. Disconnected from the two people that mean the most to him, he finds himself wondering if there might be more to life than what he’s been telling himself. And, most importantly, if he really is the person he thinks he is - or wants to be.

For a moment, they simply look at each other, a million unsaid things passing between them.
It’s something they never lost, this deep fucking connection. It makes Brian alternately want to rip his own heart out in the hope that this way he’ll be rid of it, while also wanting to hold on to it with everything he has.

Summary
It's 2012, and eight years have passed since Brian Kinney and Justin Taylor have seen or talked to each other. Both men are living their own lives and are successful and happy; or so they think.
What happens when, in a bizarre turn of events and in a city far from either place the men respectively call home, the two run into each other? What happens when Brian finally admits to himself the huge mistake he made all those years ago and endeavors to get Justin back? What happens when Justin starts to question the path and the life he's chosen for himself?
Both men are very different then they were when they last saw each other; life's ups and downs have affected them to varying and shocking degrees. They're both older and arguably wiser, so will they find their way back to each other, or will they realize they're destined to always hurt each other?
Show canon through *most* of episode 5.1 before it diverges; alternating Point of View.
