Qifrey wasn't going to die any more. He'd be able to raise his girls, to see them grow into the wonderful witches he knew they'd become. He could make up for lost time with Olruggio; finally give an answer to the longing glances and lingering touches that his dearest friend had gifted him over the years.
Something scratched at the back of his throat, an odd sort of hunger he had never experienced before. Qifrey was used to wanting—wanting for love, for safety, for revenge for that which was taken from him. But this frantic, crawling desire was new. It was an aching thirst that hollowed him from the inside-out, funneling his attention into a narrow-minded focus.
He had to feed.
Or; Qifrey is turned into a vampire. Determined to "save" Coco via the gift of immortality, he turns her as well.

He felt as if he could so easily scream and alert his parents or even grab his phone from his pocket and dial the police while Yu obliviously fed, but even those were beyond him in his adrenaline-drenched state. It hurt. Hurt like hell. But it was also something else. Something that made his knees shake and his breath hitch, not just from fear.
Yu’s body felt like stone. Cold, immovable… Not Yu.He didn’t even know if he wanted him to stop, or if he wanted him to do it right. Like he’d imagined, in the dark, a hundred guilty nights.

The man that comes bursting through the doors looks like if someone took all of Megumi's vaguest fantasies, put them in an oven, and baked them until done. He's tall, broad, buff but not too buff, and to top it all off he's got wide brown baby-cow eyes and a head of fluffy pink hair. Boyish. Cute. He is also, noticeably, bleeding from a nasty-looking cut right beneath his eye.
Pink Hair looks around wildly for a moment before locking eyes with Megumi and making a beeline for him. Megumi raises a brow as he heaves a cat carrier onto the counter, bracing both of his hands on top of it like he's trying to stop it from jumping off.
"Hi," Pink Hair pants, as the carrier gives a sudden rattle and lets out an ear-splitting shriek. Megumi takes a step back. "Do you guys take demon cats?"
