Summary
Ivan/Till but in the manhwa "lucky letter" or officially known as "Sincerely Yours" on Lezhin. You should be fine without reading it first, but it will defiantly help with understanding what is going on.
The sound of Till’s phone was washed out by the pitter patter of rain washing over his window. He curled up deeper into his sheets. He couldn’t move, he didn’t want to move. The sound of his phone was annoying but he had no energy or will to turn it off. That sound was the only thing that reminded Till he was still alive, the complete opposite of what Ivan was.
When the sound finally stopped only then did Till reach for his phone. Just as his hands where on it it rung again. He stared at the screen that read ‘Sua’. Hesitantly he answered.
“Wow… now you pick up. Hey, Till. Why won’t you pick up the phone? How long are you going to be lock you’re self up like this? You’re coming tomorrow, right? Hello are you even listening?”
“What’s tomorrow?” Till’s voice was raspy from lack of use and a lack of water. When was the last time he had any thing to drink? He didn’t know and he didn’t care.

Summary
Ivan and Till were friends, best friends, even. Their relationship had never been normal, but over the years they could both agree they were closer to each other than to anyone else in their group.
Ivan was in love with her, an unrequited thing she had no intention to confess, afraid it might make her lose Till for good. Her feelings only got worse when they started messing around, though, and Ivan was conflicted.
None of it seemed to mean anything to Till, and as Ivan quietly pined for her in her own mind, she tried to be content with whatever she could get.
