Summary

Summary
This fic starts about three years or so before season 1, with the first ten chapters leading up until that time. Jess is tasked with picking up Kendall from rehab and they spend time alone together. I document their bond throughout the years leading up to season 1 with a particular focus on why Jess has such a strong loyalty to Kendall.
After chapter 10, it becomes a "behind the scenes" type of fic of the show. The chapter names of 11-present are the names of the episodes the chaps coincide with--so you can easily just read a quick "behind the scenes" fic of whatever ep you like--especially if you love our girl Jess as much as I do.
Note: this is not technically a Roman Roy fic, but I enjoy writing him. Check out the chapters 13 & 16 for some Ro-ments. Also those chaps (along with 1, 23 & 24) encapsulate whatever chaotic thoughts I’m trying to convey here in something of a coherent manner. So you can skip to them if you’re looking for cliffsnotes.

"Blanc," Blanc fills in, holding his hand out for a shake, "Benoit Blanc."
"Very Bond, James Bond of you." The man says, giving his hand a firm shake. "I'm Phillip."
Blanc gives a polite laugh, noting Phillip's lack of reaction to his name and hoping it's authentic. "You're the one who sounds the part." He points out, startled to find that he thinks he might be flirting.
