Summary
Royalty AU Where Nico and Will are the sons of two powerful kings and are being forced to get married. Will is quickly smitten with the tiny, dark prince. Nico refuses the arranged marriage and absolutely resents gorgeous, tall, goodnatured, kindhearted Prince Will. However, his attempts to be angry are futile because he finds himself warming up to Will. Friendship ensues with Will attempting to romance Nico (with help from the one and only Apollo) and Nico trying to push back their approaching wedding. When a problem arises, Nico and Will are forced to take up leadership to keep the peace and they realize they may be all wrong about their feelings.

The second Will locked eyes with him, a flood of long buried emotions washed over him, and he suddenly felt nauseous in at least three different ways. Staring back at him, holding a solo cup in one hand and having just dropped what appeared to be a bottle of beer from the other, was Nico di Angelo.
Nico di freakin Angelo.
Nico di Angelo had always been cute. Charming, even. But despite the look of frozen horror on his face, sometime in the past 4 years he'd gone from cute to gorgeous, and Will was not prepared for that. Scratch that, he was not even prepared to see Nico di Angelo, much less process how much more attractive he'd gotten in the years since… well, everything.

Percy hasn’t seen Nico di Angelo for five years, when his mother gifts him their old apartment.
It's lonely, some days, but it's home.
He hasn’t seen Nico for almost six, when the boy quite literally crashes on his bed in the middle of the night.
Nico stays.
That, perhaps, is the most surprising part.
