Jason is dangerous and insane, Tim reminds himself. Jason is a walking mass casualty event. Jason is just-–a fucking nuisance. It doesn’t matter how entrepreneurial he pretends to be, or how good he looks in a three-piece suit. Tim’s the only one who cares about what Jason’s doing in the Iceberg Lounge, the only one who knows what he’s capable of. Tim’s the only one who can stop him, which means it’s absolutely imperative that he does not get distracted.

Summary
Robin didn't belong to Batman. Robin was Dick's mother's name for him. It was the mantle he'd created to avenge his parents' deaths. And even after Dick had outgrown Robin, that didn't make it Bruce's to do with as he wished.
No, Robin belonged to Dick. And so did anyone who wore the mantle.
