Louis turned his face to kiss her chubby little hand as she quietly cried, "no Papa, no go." Harry was watching quietly a foot away, pushing the base of his palm into his left eye because no he isn't crying. "Papa no, stay Papa."
"Ok Lyds, Papa's plane is leaving in a few minutes and he has to go," Harry pats at Lydia's back gently and she begins sniffling, holding back her tears. She's just as cute and stubborn as her Papa.

Summary
It's Louis's last year at university and it's all gone to shit before the semester has even begun. Instead of sharing a flat with Liam and Zayn, like he was promised, he now has to share with his acquaintance, Niall, and a random first year student.
The problem is that Louis has a secret he'd rather not share with his flatmates, but if he doesn't want to be homeless in January, it's crucial that he tells them. It would have been a lot easier if Harry weren't so cute and clearly interested in Louis.
A little fic where Louis tries his best to keep his heart guarded, but Harry breaks down all the walls. And as Harry struggles more and more, Louis can't help but want to give Harry everything.

Harry was taken aback; he’d still been doing rather well, had he not? He had to admit he wasn’t flawlessly hiding his cold voice—he didn’t have much practice navigating consonants and avoiding congestion-revealing words in Italian—but it couldn’t have been too bad. Was that why Louis had been watching him so closely?
“The weather, love? Not exactly a scorcher, is it?”
