    “I don’t need help.” Remus huffed. “I–I have everything under control–”

    Sirius laughed, his voice a harsh bark. “The shadows under your eyes say that you haven’t slept in a week. Your hands were shaking at the bar, what, did you think I wouldn’t notice? You have no job, no money, and no food. And now you’re telling me that goddamn savage Greyback is back on the prowl for you? You are being utterly ridiculous. You are going to get your things, and disapparate back to my flat with me. Right now. I’m not taking no for an answer.”

    Infuriatingly, Remus felt hot tears prickle at the corners of his eyes. “Fuck you.” He choked out. “I don’t need your–your pity. Or your charity, or–”

    Sirius made a strangled sort of sound. “Pity?” And suddenly he was there, in front of Remus, towering over him, his chest heaving. “Goddamn it Remus! Why won’t you just let me take care of you!?”

    He was yelling, and the lightbulb in the lamp on Remus’ end table shattered at the sound of his voice.

    Or

    Sirius and Remus are going to talk about their feelings if it kills them.

    Remus thinks it just might kill them.

    Jason had to give it to him, it was a pretty good imitation, someone who didn’t know Dick or Bruce would be fooled. He clearly had lifts in his boots to make up the height difference and there was extra padding in the suit to hide his gymnasts build and essentially erase what made Dick, Dick. He knew that given enough time, Dick would make sure the extra padding wasn’t needed and would do the work to change his build to fit the suit and not the other way around. And Jason, Jason hated him for it. Hated that he was willing to give up an integral part of himself, the part of himself he’d clung to even after losing his parents, making sure he never lost the skills he’d been born into and the physique it took to do what he did.

    Jason’s completely lost track of time. Roman’s managed to succeed in keeping him down enough to lose time and not react beyond direct orders, but present enough to be aware of everything happening to him. His only saving grace is that Roman’s interest in him as a dom is limited to humiliation and run of the mill power play. Apparently, even though Jason would argue the opposite due to the goddamn gimp mask, Roman isn’t in any way sexually interested in men. But that doesn’t mean Jason’s got off easy.

    Everything hurts.

    "Dickie?" Jason practically shouts all of a sudden, nearly giving Dick a heart attack and causing a car crash in the process. "I think someone stole my teeth."

    Dick can't help it, he laughs.

    And Jason promptly bursts into tears. "Someone stole my teeth and you're laughing at me. Why are you so mean?"

    Jason is hit with pollen that leaves him inclined to tell the truth to any question asked of him. Jason thought it served them right to only be horrified by his answer. Bruce didn’t take it the same way.

    Or, explosives meets spark and Jason admits to past sexual encounters that Bruce does not take kindly to. Jason is more than willing to let Bruce have a taste but no more. Bruce wants more.
