Peter winces. "Yeah."
In a masterful act of self-control, Ryland refrains from swearing once more. "Are you saying he encouraged it?"
"No! Okay, well, just a little. But not really? I swear, Mr. Stark didn't do anything wrong!" Peter stammers. "He—"
"I've heard enough," he says firmly, cutting him off. Internally, though, Ryland wants to scream; maybe bash his head against a wall for good measure. Of course, what happened during college would come back to bite him; of course, it would. Because why would good things ever happen to him?
Or: Ryland Grace finds out that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. Consequently, he meets with Tony Stark for the first time in years, roughly two decades after their college hookup. This is a problem.

Summary
The words on his wrist are something that no council can control, and no elders can change. While their narrative tells Satoru that soulmates are pointless and that most sorcerers are doomed to die before meeting theirs, time leads him to know better. His words are supposed to be proof of something more, something better etched on his wrist. A reminder. Rather, for him… a warning.
You should at least curse me a little at the end.
Or: In another universe, soulmates have each others' last words marked on their wrists. For Satoru and Suguru, it changes everything and nothing all at once.

Then, with fondness clear in his gaze, he replies, "We were in the same year as students at Jujutsu Tech. And Satoru, he's… well, I've known him for over a decade."
"Really?" Kugisaki looks at Geto consideringly. "Was he this weird when you met him?"
He snorts. "Weird is certainly one way to describe him."
Geto meets two out of the three first years for the first time, and aids them in the Detention Center mission.

Summary
It reappears several feet away, now behind Totality, and Megumi has to quickly dispel the shikigami so Yuuji's attack doesn't hit it and instead slices through a wall. The curse's jaw snaps back into place, letting out a horrible hissing sound. Megumi doesn't hesitate in running to grab Yuuji's hand before diving into the shadows.
On Megumi’s twenty-first birthday, Yuuji is called to Sendai on an emergency mission to exorcise a curse of an unknown grade—despite his best efforts to clear his calendar of sorcery-related responsibilities. Megumi insists on accompanying him, and things go wrong, as they tend to.

If someone were to ask Yuuji Itadori what he thinks about being a teacher, he’d probably say that he enjoys it because it’s fulfilling. There’s something about helping the next generation of sorcerers improve that makes you feel like you’re doing good in life. On the other hand, there’s a little downside of teaching the first years of Jujutsu Tech—which, mind you, are fifteen-year-olds—and that downside is the random questions they blurt out that make him reconsider his career altogether.
