Summary
Harry's sixth year ends with the Dark Lord's takeover. At some point, Harry wakes from unconsciousness. He is ordered back to school. Things get weirder: after a vicious attack, Voldemort saves his life. Which makes it clear: he is a Horcrux.
Should Harry stay, or join the rebels? Use his new power over Dark Marks, or resist the temptation? Should he fold or rage against the Dark Lord and his mentoring act? Aim for influence… or his own destruction?

Dumbledore turned to Harry, perplexed - dismayed even. Voldemort watched him with unholy glee. They had paused their duelling.
“You see?” the Dark Lord hissed. “He will always be mine.”
“Harry,” Albus said gently. “You just spoke Parseltongue.”

Summary
When Voldemort comes back 8 years later, there’s something different about him. Something caged, fluttering around inside his stomach. A thing that’s a curiosity as much as it is a concern. It’s growing. Growing until it bursts at the seems. Flesh pressed up against metal bars.
When Voldemort adopts Harry Potter, that thing finds the key to its cage.
Now Voldemort isn’t sure what or who he is. And maybe he doesn’t mind.

A different kind of thing is inside Harry Potter. This one is hot as much as is it cold. It’s dead, as much as it is alive.
It craves blood, yet Harry isn’t sure whether or not to let it devour.Then he meets other people who know magic. And that just further complicates things.
And maybe he doesn’t mind this thing either.
OR
Voldemort doesn’t know how to be a human. Neither does Harry.
Snakes are pretty cool.
Harry lacks any self preservation- much to Voldemorts exasperation.
The death eaters are very confused.
And Harry hates potions.

Summary
It was supposedly a more humane way to deal with omegas convicted of serious crimes. Instead of keeping them in prison forever, mate them to an alpha who could keep them out of trouble without costing the state a dime. Apollo’s age and physical attractiveness made him an ideal candidate. The nature of the crimes he’d committed, less so.
