Peter snorts and pushes off the doorframe. “Steve didn’t tell me shit,” he says. “And even if he did, I do what I want. So if I wanted to sit around with all you people and play Settlers of Catan while eating homemade pretzels, I would. But I don’t, so I don’t. You are a roof over my head and food on my plate. Other than that, you can all leave me the hell alone.” He turns and the bedroom door slams.
“Is that right,” Tony tells the closed door, setting his hands on his hips. “Oh, we’ll see about that.”
Mission. Freaking. Acquired.

Although Peter seemed very timid and suppressed, his brain was ricocheting through multiple scenarios and reasons why, such a hard-working and incredible man like Dr Connor Williams, would want to be present in the same room as him.
There was a small pause before Mr Morita began speaking again. “Well, Peter, Dr Connor Williams here has an incredible opportunity to offer you.”
Mr Williams took that as his lead to start an explanation. “Mr Parker, we have been monitoring your grades, projects, science fairs and incredible GPA and we have come to the decision to offer you a chance to become a Stark Industries intern.”

Set after Spiderman Homecoming.
After May Parker’s tragic death, Peter is left more alone then ever. It seems that the only person he really has is himself, and he’s just trying to survive. Peter’s just trying to balance his school scholarship, his part-time internship at Stark Industries, being a teen vigilante, and trying to learn how to survive all on his own.
Everything seems to be too much for the teenager, who can’t seem to ever catch a break.

Meanwhile, the Avengers are trying to hunt him down for reasons completely unknown to Peter. They have one mission: to track Spiderman down and bring him into SHIELD. They don’t realize the “threat” they’re chasing after is just a broken teenager without anyone looking out for him.
