Summary
In cases of adolescent alphas or omegas experiencing significant psychological distress, the body can enter a fight-or-flight stasis that may delay or, in severe cases, entirely prevent presentation. For omegas, especially, this can cause complications in the mid- to late-twenties, when the body experiences a second hormonal shift. In cases where the omega fails to present entirely, this can be fatal.
