“That guy, the one in the wheelchair,” Gyro clarified. For some strange reason, he hadn't been able to get him out of his mind.
“What about him?” she asked casually.
“Why is he there? I saw him in the staff parking lot a few days ago. I’m sure he doesn’t work here.”
“No, he doesn’t. He lives here.” she explained bluntly. They were already halfway down the hospital wing. “He’s a psych ward patient, Gyro.”

It was shocking that Gyro hadn’t realised Johnny wasnt a “real” man after all their time together. Of course, this morning, Johnny is hit with cramps and the realisation hes going to be getting his period soon but doesnt have anything to soak up the blood.
