He pictured Simon behind him pressed all along his back, hot and heavy and breathing like he was barely holding himself together. Simon’s hand over his mouth. Grace wanted it so fucking bad. He wanted Simon wound past thinking, past all that restraint. Wanted Simon’s teeth at his neck and Simon’s hand low on his stomach, holding him still while Grace fell apart against him. He wanted Simon making those broken growling sounds into his skin like Grace was prey, or food, or home, or some fucked-up fourth thing Grace didn’t have a word for.
Grace’s knees bent; he was barely standing.
He bit down on his lip to keep quiet and pushed his fingers deeper.
A low breath came from in front of him.
“Grace.”
His eyes snapped open.
Shit.

Summary
“Obi-Wan!” Dex calls out the moment he sees him. The besalisk makes his way around the counter, and Obi-Wan waits for the bone-crushing hug he knows is coming. Dex’s Diner is as busy as ever, and the lunch crowd adds a low chatter in the background.
“It’s been a while, Dex.” The greeting comes out in a rush as Dex picks up the padawan and squeezes the air out of him. The familiar hug soothes Obi-Wans nerves, and he can't quite help grinning into Dex’s shoulder as he hugs back.
“So it has. You haven’t been here in months.” Dex keeps one of his upper arms on Obi-Wan shoulder and steps back. “What can I get for you? The special is always good.”
“I need a favor, Dex.” Some of his nerves must still show on his face because the besalisk frowns.
“You in some kinda trouble?”
Obi-Wan grins back and shrugs. “Not yet.”

“You have a choice,” Cody begins. “I don’t want any of you to think that you don’t. If you want no part of this, all you have to do is say so. But if I know any of you half as well as I think I do, this choice won’t be particularly hard to make.”
He takes a deep breath and counts his heartbeats against the reverent silence of the mess hall. “We may belong to the Republic, but we were made for the Jetti.”
