A fic right after the events of Chapter 4, where after waking up in the middle of the night even after Toriel and Sans finally quieted down, Kris decides to take a break from dealing with being the SOUL's little puppet.
However, this leads into a deeper connection, one forcefully tied together by puppet strings, fate, and the mutual horror of their condition, but a genuine connection between friends that mold their roles in fate to be more comfortable. Both for themselves, and eachother.Series
