Summary
Meeting Khem was like being hit by a gust of cool wind during the hottest summer, a much-awaited surprise; meeting Charn was like being hit by a tornado.
Annoyance mixed with curiosity and desire, he wanted Charn before he knew what he was feeling. The droplets of water on his temple, the shirt clinging to his body, Jet wanted to touch and follow the water running down with his mouth, from his chest to his full lips.
He didn’t understand him, didn’t know why he chose to be involved with them, but before their fates became clear, he realized Charn was just like him, the boy with just the one friend and a weird mix of bravery and curiosity in his heart.
