Summary
Harvey had been halfway through a glass of Macallan when his phone rang.
It wasn’t late enough to be unreasonable, but it was late enough that anyone calling him should know better. He stared at the screen for a beat, irritation already lining up behind his eyes, then answered without looking away from the city lights beyond his windows.
"What," he said.
There was noise on the other end. A hum, voices layered over each other, the scrape of something metal dragged along concrete. A pause. Then a familiar voice, thin and strained.
"Hey, Harvey. So. This is gonna sound worse than it is."

Or, Harvey was ready for a quiet night—but then Mike decided to throw a punch.Bookmarked by tryin2bsensible

In a city not their home, Harvey and Mike were always the two most familiar things to one another. That familiarity sometimes presented the illusion of closeness.

Summary
Harvey Specter doesn’t do emotions. He does control. He does power. He does winning. But he doesn’t do emotions, not the messy kind, not the kind that sneak up on you in the middle of the night and certainly not the kind that make you break down in front of someone else.
That’s why, when Mike—brilliant, irritating, loyal Mike—wraps his arms around him in the doorway of his condo at one in the morning, Harvey expects to do what he always does. Brush it off. Laugh. Crack a joke. Something.
Except he doesn’t.
Instead, something inside him breaks.

Jessica folded her hands on her desk and studied him, which was deeply unsettling because Jessica Pearson was a woman who did not study things. She just knew things. And then made you suffer for them.
"I figured it out," she said at last, a smirk tugging at her lips.
Harvey kept his expression neutral. "Figured what out?"
She leaned back in her chair, looking far too pleased with herself. "You and Mike."
His brain short-circuited.
"I—what?"
Jessica arched a perfect eyebrow. "Oh, don’t play dumb, Harvey. The touching, the joking, the absolute disregard for personal space. I should’ve seen it sooner, but in my defense, I have an entire firm to run."
Harvey blinked. "I—wait, what?"

Summary
Harvey wakes up alone.
For a few blissful seconds, he’s just warm and comfortable, his mind still foggy with sleep. But then reality sinks in, and he reaches out—only to find cool, empty sheets beside him.
His stomach drops.
Mike is gone.
And just like that, Harvey's brain goes into damage control.
Fuck.
He blinks at the empty space next to him, his mind scrambling, still heavy with sleep but already racing toward the worst possible explanations.
Mike left.
Mike regretted it.
Or... or worse—Mike regretted that it was with him.
The thought is enough to send a sharp, awful feeling through his chest, and he sits up too fast.
His fingers dig into the sheets as he tries to pull himself together. He doesn’t panic—Harvey Specter doesn’t panic—but his throat feels tight, and something ugly and unfamiliar is clawing at the back of his mind.

Summary
It started late one night in Harvey’s condo, a few hours after he’d left work.
Harvey had been sitting on his couch, nursing a scotch and flipping through files when his mind drifted to Mike. Not an unusual occurrence. But as he thought about their day—the quick back-and-forth banter, the way he’d fixed Mike’s tie without asking, the lingering touch on Mike’s shoulder after a meeting—a creeping sense of unease began to settle in his chest.
At first, he tried to dismiss it.
It’s just how we are, he told himself. Mike doesn’t mind. He’d say something if he did.
But the more he thought about it, the harder it became to convince himself.

Summary
The annual harassment seminar was, without question, the least favorite day of the year at Pearson Hardman. Even Louis, who thrived on rules and bureaucracy, was known to grumble his way through the presentations, eyeing the clock like it was a lifeline.
For Mike Ross, this was his first experience with the mandatory training, and he was already regretting it.

"What the hell happened to you?" Harvey asked, brows furrowing as he stared.
Mike, ever the picture of casual indifference (despite his obvious resemblance to roadkill), just waved a hand. "A car kinda tapped me while I was on my bike. No big deal."
Harvey blinked. "A car tapped you?"
Mike nodded.
"You got hit by a car?!"

Summary
Louis had dragged Mike by the scruff of his neck to see a client after-hours - a middle-aged and quite frankly drop-dead gorgeous woman named Talia Grayson who just so happened to be a self-proclaimed psychic. Somehow Mike had been both bamboozled and hoodwinked into having his future predicted or something. He’s not entirely sure what happened, but he’s sure there were tarot cards on the table whilst Louis smiled his Cheshire-cat smile across from him.
It's all shits and giggles until he finds himself living the same day over and over again with absolutely no means to get out.
-
Mike gets stuck in a time loop of his own making, living the same workday countless times. Harvey might just be at the centre of it all. Of course he is, smug bastard.

Summary
New Year’s eve is all about making a future; a promise to keep all to yourself. And Mike vows to make this one count. If he managed to fuck up all years before this – well, maybe all years before Harvey hired him – then he’s definitely going to make up for it tonight.
When the clock strikes midnight, he’s going to kiss Harvey Specter on the mouth. Hopefully.
-
Pearson Hardman's annual new year's eve party might sound like a grand old time, but Mike has other plans. Other plans that might make or break him. There’s too many variables here, too many things that can go wrong. Fuck, maybe he should just go home.

Summary
In the sober light of morning, Harvey can see that his approach to the problem was not the most obvious one. It was, in fact, probably not what anyone would do unless they wanted, on some level, for the lie to be true.
Or: When Harvey sees a client hitting on Mike, he decides the best way to deal with it is to make the client believe Mike’s already spoken for. By Harvey. Because there’s no way that can go wrong.

Summary
"I heard what happened," Jessica says.
Harvey nods but avoids her gaze. He figured the Bar Association would report the outcome of their meetings, that Mike had fooled Harvey and all of Pearson Hardman into thinking he was qualified when he wasn't, that Harvey had testified that he had no idea Mike was a fraud. The lie had tasted so bitter on his tongue, and he never imagined lying under oath in this way. He could stomach perjuring himself to protect Mike, but lying to denounce him made his skin crawl.Bookmarked by tryin2bsensible

Summary
Louis might as well give it a shot.
Maybe - just maybe - if he starts crossing boundaries in the same reckless way Harry does, that lunatic will get the message.
So he starts invading Harry's space any way he can think of.
He bites on his toast while Harry is speaking, he tears his morning tea out of his hold and he only hands him back the mug when it's empty, he steals half of his boxer briefs, he walks into the bathroom while Harry is peeing, he even uses his toothbrush right in front of him.
When Harry's phone buzzes, Louis dives his hand into his pocket and he reads his texts out loud.
When Harry's sleeping, Louis shoves his door open and asks him if he wants a snack.
Louis is really trying.
Like, really, really trying.
Too bad it's not working.

Summary
One day Louis answers Liam's phone while he is in the shower.
That's how he meets Harry, Liam's friend who moved to Italy just a while ago.
And that's how Liam loses ownership of his phone.“Do they sleep on the other side of the bed in Italy?”
He hears Harry laugh for a moment.
“I sleep right in the middle,” Harry replies. “Because no one will marry me.”
Louis bites back a little smile.
“Have you asked enough people?”
“The old lady walking her dog, just now.” Harry confirms. “She said no.”

Summary
They were at each other’s throats in no time. It wasn’t pretty. Mike went to bed without eating, and Harvey tried to drink himself to death. They didn’t talk in the morning, either, and later that night when Harvey came home late, Mike had cracked.
“This isn’t working, is it?”
-
Mike makes a decision to save whatever relationship they have, and Harvey takes it about as well he can - by shutting Mike out entirely. But maybe everything isn't exactly as it seems. Set ambiguously around S2/3.
