Summary
It was supposed to be straightforward. A casual arrangement that benefited them both. Lucifer would get the intimacy he’d been craving since Lilith left. And Alastor…well, he would get some sorta power high from fucking the King of Hell.
But, of course, nothing in Lucifer’s existence was ever that easy, was it?
Or.
Lucifer tries to do a casual relationship with Alastor, and fails tremendously. But it’s not his fault he’s a hopeless romantic. Or that falling in love would have such unexpected consequences.Bookmarked by twilightmenace49

Summary
What happened in Hell was a distant problem and as long as Lucifer didn't think about it, it might as well not exist.
But, Hell had a tendency to wrench you from your comforts and force you to face the fact that bad things happen.
(Basically: What if the scene after Lucifer's capture in the warehouse plays a little differently.)

Summary
Grantaire stands in the doorway, sweat shining on his brow and a flurry of wildness flaring in his eyes. The room is empty, save Combeferre and the overbearing presence of his dense book of philosophy—a tome so ancient it’s probably grown a soul. This is alright. He has to tell someone, why not a friend and the ghosts of dead philosophers?
“Enjolras and I fucked.”
Combeferre drops both the book and his jaw.
“You what?! ”

After two years with Lucifer, Alastor still doubts the love he’s found, due to his inability to be fully intimate. On the final night of a lonely business trip, those insecurities spiral, pushing him toward a reckless attempt to “fix” himself. But the choice he makes leads him into the arms of someone else, and by morning he’s left with nothing but regret, and the unbearable task of confessing everything when he returns home.
Or
Alastor cheats on Lucifer in a drunken moment of self-loathing, but it's not the means to an end he had hoped for. Instead, he hates himself more and is afraid Lucifer will too.Bookmarked by twilightmenace49
