Summary
"We should do this again sometime."
"What?" Eddie's voice cracks and he immediately flushes with embarrassment.
Steve gives him a look and swipes his jeans up from the floor. "We should do this. Again. Sometime," Steve repeats, gesturing between himself and Eddie, who is pointedly not looking down. Eddie, who has still not responded.
Or, Steve and Eddie's first time. Or, rather, after it.

Summary
“You were my ride home, you asshole,” says Steve, and he should be angry, but it’s been three years, and Steve finds that he doesn’t care quite as much as he used to. “I walked home in the rain.”
Steve wouldn’t remember whose party it was even if the Russians tortured him again, and he couldn’t tell you who the girl was or whose house they were at, but the look on Eddie’s face was something engraved into the inside of his eyelids.
He saw it, a lot, before he drifted off to sleep.
“You’re an asshole, Harrington, you know that?”
Or, Steve and Eddie hooked up in high school. They break up. They don't talk about it. Now they do.

Bookmarker's Notes
About an hour later, Jason was standing in front of a full-length mirror, staring at himself like he was looking at a stranger. He hadn’t been this dressed up since he’d been buried in the ground.
Oh, that wasn’t a productive line of thinking.

“We’re gonna have to order takeout; I don’t think I’ve been to the grocery store in three weeks.”
Roy shook his head. “Richard, go to the damn grocery store. Or at least have your groceries delivered.”
“I will,” Dick said, though neither of his friends believed him. “I’ve been busy.”
“Well, you’re not busy now,” Wally reasoned. “I’ll go with you. First stop, grocery store. Second stop, your place.”
“I don’t have my reusable grocery bags,” Dick protested.
“Jesus Christ, Grayson—”
“I’m trying to be environmentally friendly!”

“First of all, I am cool and relatable,” Roy informed Jason. “And did you know I used to have my ears pierced?”
Jason’s eyes went wide with interest. “Really? I’m sorry I missed that phase.”
Roy let go of one of Jason’s hands to tug on his earlobe. “The holes are probably still there,” he said. “I could see if the look still works.”
“Yes,” Jason encouraged. “I’ll get mine pierced. We’ll match.” He paused. “I can’t believe I just said that. We are officially the world’s most annoying couple.”

Ollie looked at Roy. He raised an eyebrow. “A ‘nap,’ huh?”
“She woke us up at seven-thirty,” Roy said.
“That wasn’t what I was asking.”
“I know what you were asking.”

Bookmarker's Notes
“What if my dad gives you a shovel talk?” Jason asked.
Roy shot him a look. “This far into my career, you seriously think I can’t handle Batman threatening me?”
“What if Alfred gives you a shovel talk?” Jason pressed.
“I would be terrified,” Roy admitted candidly.
“As you should be.”
