Summary
The boy takes a step closer, and Lando forces himself not to flinch. There is no threat in the boy's posture, there’s no reaching hand or hungry gaze, but kindness is a very convincing farce.
"Does it hurt?" the boy asks, and his eyes are on the chain again, on the place where the fine gold links disappear into the skin of Lando's wing.
Lando does not know how to answer that. Yes, it hurts. It always hurts.
TLDR; Oscar is a prince and Lando has wings.

Summary
Lando sloping off after a meeting, or a practice session, only to turn up an hour or so later looking dishevelled, with clothing creases cut into his cheeks. It would be endearing if not for the fact that he seems to be hiding all the good napping spots from Oscar.

He turned the corner to see George and Alex curled on the couch with a stranger settled in between them. The stranger’s eyes were closed but he didn’t look calm, chest still heaving slightly. He had Charles’ favourite nesting blanket, a thick and fuzzy grey one, wrapped around his legs. Seeing that raised his hackles and he desperately wanted to reach out and rip it out of his grasp.
“What is going on here?” he hissed, mostly directing the question at his two flatmates.
“This is Lando,” Alex introduced, innocent expression on his face as he stared up at Charles.
