Ashlyn is stranded with Aiden for ten days on a mandatory field trip for the student leadership club they joined at the start of the year. It's nothing short of a suicide mission, but Aiden's parents are forcing him to go; and Ashlyn tags along with the sole objective to get them both back alive.

That is, the allowance that he and the others rely on for supplies--and right now, they really need gas for their next expedition with the jeep.Takes place in a sort of AU where Tyler did not die during their encounter with the centipede phantom, and Aiden did not die in the school building (they have not gone to the school yet.) As a result, their parents also do not know about the phantom realm yet and they're still trying to drive to Savannah.
