Langa found solace in watching the ocean each night, nothing put his mind at ease more than the sound of the waves. It was hard to go on each day knowing that his family would never be complete again, and with each passing day, life got increasingly dull, and he missed his dad more and more. One day, after accidentally falling asleep somewhere he shouldn't, a child named Miya invited him to see something magical, which lead him to meet a couple named Joe and Cherry, who liked to watch the moon come up over the ocean. From there, Langa's life became a little frightening, but exciting and wonderful all the same.

Summary
Katsuki Bakugo and Izuku Midoria are assigned to an overseas surveillance operation in a small coastal town in the United States.
They are placed under civilian cover and are required to stay in close proximity for the duration of the assignment while carrying out long-term observation in the area. Intelligence suggests that a trafficking network operating across multiple states is using smaller towns along the lakeshore as points of movement, keeping activity spread out to avoid attention.
Most of the work comes down to low-profile surveillance and maintaining a normal presence within the town.
The longer they stay, the more the assignment settles into something comfortable, even when it isn’t meant to.
