“Get the fuck off of me, bitch!” Nathan hissed, shoving Frank harshly until his back hit the RV behind him. The impact of his body on the vehicle caused his finger on the trigger to press down, making the gun go off and nestle a bullet right into the junction between Nathan’s neck and shoulder.
“NO!” Warren yelled, stepping forward out of the shadows and reaching his hand out. Where he expected there to be a second bullet in his own neck for his actions, there was a daze. The world spun and his head ached until, suddenly, he was shooting up from his sleep.
