Conventional wisdom would have one think that a lifetime of cultivation and night hunts would have prepared Lan Wangji for such a scene. Had it been a malevolent entity, an out of place ghost or demon, or even a mischievous but ultimately harmless spirit, they would be right. However if Lan Wangji was correct, and he very much suspected he was, the entity in front of him exceeded what could be classified as spiritual or supernatural and landed squarely into mythical and fantastical.

Lan Qiren looked around, his gaze stuck somewhere above Wei Wuxian’s head, most likely the half-ruined summoning array behind him – fucking stupid, Wei Wuxian should’ve gotten rid of it immediately. Just why did it have to be a Lan summoning him, why Lan Qiren his visitor at the door? Wasn’t death enough punishment?
“Wei Wuxian?” Lan Qiren asked wearily.
Or, Wei Wuxian is summoned back to life in the Cloud Recesses. Unfortunately, the person to find him is Lan Qiren, forcing the unlikely duo to work together to keep the circumstances Wei Wuxian's return undiscovered.

Jin Guanyao is in the Unclean Realm again, playing for Nie Mingjue. It should have been just like any other day but Nie Mingjue had been particularly cutting so Jin Guangyao gave the music a little extra push. After all, it would only make him a little sicker. In the grand scheme of things, it wouldn't really make a difference. Turns out, he was wrong about that.
Lan Xichen has had a brilliant idea on how to help both Nie Mingjue and Lan Wangji and he couldn't wait to share his plan. He has arrived unexpectedly in the Unclean Realm and Nie Huaisang is taking him to Jin Guangyao and Nie Mingjue. He hears the music. While it might only make Nie Mingjue slightly agitated, Lan Xichen is a Lan. They cultivate with music and so he is much more sensitive than most.
Lan Xichen hears the song from the Collection of Turmoil and he qi deviates. This changes everything.
As Lan Xichen's heir, Lan Wangji becomes Sect Leader. What difference will it make when Hanguang-Jun, the Light Bearing Lord leads one of the four great sects? What will happen when Lan Wangji has the power to change the world?

Let me explain why I have said that this is a crossover yet not. While I have used the ideas of Time Lords and the TARDIS from Doctor Who, no characters from that show will appear. You don't have to know anything about that universe to read this as I explain everything as we go along so this is mostly an Untamed story.

(CQL!WWX finds A-Yuan after the Wen Remnant have turned themselves in to the Jin sect. Instead of going to Jinlintai after them, he makes an array to send A-Yuan away. Another world, another time. Perhaps, the child can live safely with MDZS!WWX.)

The second lieutenant of the Shie Hassaikai yakuza group is known to others only as 'the Caretaker.' A rather enigmatic and highly intelligent member of the family, not much is known about him outside of a select circle of trusted friends and, of course, the Shie Hassaikai itself. But to those who know him, the Caretaker is simply this: a young man who cares for his family more than anything else.
Because the Caretaker is one Midoriya Izuku, and he did not start out that way... at first, he was just a babysitter.
