Summary
Geordi and Picard put their foot down. Hugh was staying on board, no matter what. Hugh said he wanted to stay, right? Then they would do whatever it took to keep him there. But as the crew helps Hugh adjust to individuality (and the notion of being safe from the Collective), a different kind of trouble rears its head.
Starfleet Command isn't happy Hugh is on the Enterprise.
