The Iudex writhes at the contact, shudders at the sound of Wriothesley’s deep, low voice, so close that he can feel the smallest vibrations in his ear and his hot breath that makes the hair on his body stand up. “You’ve been here for so long,” he presses a soft kiss behind his earlobe, “Has anyone else touched you like this?”

“–full of shit,” Wriothesley cut him off as casually as if commenting on the weather. Neuvillette spluttered, the blush on his cheeks darkening even further.
“Excuse me?!”
“You’re excused,” the Duke answered smoothly.
Or, an alternate ending to the 4.1 Archon Quest. Neuvillette is battered and exhausted from forcing back the Primordial Sea, and just wants to get back to his office so he can regain his strength without anyone worrying.
Spoiler alert: Wriothesley worries.

Furina jumps up, ignoring the mud seeping into her shoes. Puts her hands on her hips. Remembers her lines.
"Oh, great Leviathan, hydro dragon sovereign of legend, arbiter and adjudicator of all waters, and- um- inheritor of the primordial ocean's authority...I have come before you to ask of you a favor."
Leviathan looks at her thoughtfully. "...very well."
Neuvillette and Furina across four centuries, hundreds of rainstorms, one doomsday scenario, one hydro vision, and one admission of a sibling relationship.
